Privacy Statement

This statement discloses the privacy policies for both our Web site and our E-mail system.

Zora Design respects your right to privacy. We have developed zoradesign.com so that no personal information is displayed online in unsecured areas or is accessible to the general public. We do not reveal your E-mail address or other personal information to third parties, except to complete your order transactions. These third parties are not permitted to use your personal information, sell, or rent it, for purposes other than approving your transaction. We do not sell or rent our customer information to any outside parties.
 

Use of Your Personal Information

During the ordering process, we ask you for information, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, E-mail address, and credit card information. All customer information is solely used for processing orders and (only if you elect) communication of news via email. You can be assured we'll keep it confidential.
 

Use of Your Email Address

We use email as our primary mechanism for communicating with you about your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order by E-mail. We will also notify you as your order is being processed so you will know when it has left our facility. In the unlikely event a delay should occur, we will also communicate this to you via E-mail.
With your permission, we will also send you "The Zora Gazette", late-breaking news from the 1950’s including serialized stories about the lives of the artists.

Security Policy

Our online order form is safely processed through a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It is the industry standard  for secure electronic commerce transactions. You will know the SSL technology is activated when you see the "closed lock" or "key" in the bottom corner of your browser window as well as "https" in the address line at the top.  SSL technology encrypts and protects all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
 
Shipping Policies
Shipping is by insured UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.  Amounts shown in the order form are charges based on quantity only and include packaging.  All orders are custom and will normally be shipped within seven days of order.  In the event of an unforseen delay, you will be notified by email.
